We do our best to ensure the goods reach you undamaged. Should you receive damaged or wrongly supplied goods, please contact us within 14 days of reception of goods. Please state the order number and what the problem is. We do not accept returns on records and underwear, only if it’s damaged. 

You have the right to change your mind. Please notify us within 14 days from reception of goods by sending an email to our returns address. State the order number and what item you want to return. The security seal and/or plastic wrapping must be intact and the goods must be unused. Don't send anything back before you have contacted us. The shipping cost is at your own expense. 

Complaints not made within 14 days from reception of goods will not be recognised.
